Why before you submit

Get discovered, and get through review.

Often left for last and rushed, the app store listing is the easiest way to get discovered and the first step to a smooth review.

  1. Search reads four fields

Name, subtitle, keywords, and categories decide who finds the app. Your agent drafts them, and an expert tunes them for the searches your customers type.

  2. Rejections cost days

Review takes a day or two, and a rejection starts it over. Most reasons are visible in the listing before you submit.

  3. 30+ apps through review

Your team knows the product. An expert knows what reviewers send back and what search rewards.

How it works

From the draft to the approved version.

  1. 1Draft the listing

It is a file in your repo, drafted by your coding agent from the product it already knows.

  2. 2Send it to Joe

One button on the Submit screen sends the listing and screenshots, with a note on who the app is for.

  3. 3Get what to change

Within two business days you have what to change. Changed it since? Send it again.

  4. 4Rejections covered

If a reviewer says no, send the store's message and get what to change, or the reply to send.

Questions about the launch review

Something else? Send me an email and I'll get back to you.

What if Apple approves on the first try?

Then the review did its main job before you submitted. The listing review is where most of the value is, and the rejection help is coverage. The best outcome is not needing it.

Can I add it after a rejection?

Yes. The rejection on your Submit screen offers it, and it covers that version until it is approved. Joe reviews the store's message and the listing both, since the listing is often what the rejection is about. The review before you submit is the part you would have missed, so earlier is better.

Does it cover Google Play?

Yes. The listing and the rejection both ask which store they are for, and Joe reviews Google's listing fields and rejections the same way.

Who does the work?

Joe Masilotti, personally. He built Ruby Native and has taken 30+ apps through App Review. Nothing is handed off.

Is this a call?

No. Everything runs through your dashboard and email, and every message is answered within two business days. Without a launch review, email still reaches Joe, just without the two-day promise.

When do I pay?

When you add it: at checkout with the subscription, or from the dashboard on an app that already has one. Nothing renews. The next version that needs the same help is a new review.

Reviewed and optimized before you submit.

$999 covers one version of your app: the listing before you submit, and every rejection after, until it is approved. Add it with your subscription, or from your dashboard any time before you submit.
