By creating an account or using Ruby Native ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ruby Native builds native iOS applications from your Ruby on Rails app and uploads them to Apple TestFlight on your behalf. You provide your Apple Developer credentials, app configuration, and an app icon. We use these to compile, sign, and distribute your app through Apple's tooling.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Apple Developer credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You provide your Apple Developer Team ID, App Store Connect API key, and related credentials so we can build and upload your app. These credentials are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use these credentials and that your app complies with Apple's guidelines.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to use the Service to build apps that violate Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for App Store rejections, build failures, or any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
